PIES AND HOT PASTRIES

We love meat pies. Our focus is bringing the quality back to the Aussie icon. Flavour and individuality is key for us. We use our own herb and spice blends to create OUR range. Too long Australian bakeries pies have all come out of the same packet. Not us, we use top quality meats and fresh ingredients. We use the shank meat of the beast, which is a lot less fatty than other cuts and is a secondary cut which is not as widely used so it’s better for you as well as for the environment.

(Not So) Plain

Our base mince pie, mild herbs and spices and a tomato based gravy.

Beef, Bacon and Cheese

Our mince pie with real rasher bacon (smoked in the neighbourhood by Rayners Gourmet Meats), which brings a real smoky bacon note, then mozzarella and tasty cheese under the lid.

Peppery Mince

Beef mince with triple the pepper.

Plain Shank

Slow cooked shank with garlic, ginger, turmeric, paprika.

Shank and Mushroom

6hr beef shank with heaps of garlic-butter mushrooms and sautéed onion and black pepper.

Chilli Con-Carne

6hr beef shank with red hot chilli peppers, beans and onions.

Indian Inspired Beef Curry

6hr beef shank with homemade curry paste finished with coconut milk.

(Not So) Plain Sausage Roll

Top quality Beef and pork mince with our own spice blend.

Lamb Sausage Roll

Top quality Lamb mince w garlic and fresh chopped rosemary.
