Malted barley Pane Italiano
OUR signature loaf. Hands down THE best bread you’ll eat, and it’s home is here in lil’ ol’ brissy. Italian style bread long fermented, hand shaped, stone baked, soft crumb deep flavoursome crust.
White Pane Italiano
The white version of the Malted Barley. Soft crumb crunchy crust, in between ciabatta and pane di casa.
Our sourdough culture has been alive for 12 years and counting. Robust tangy crumb, stone baked at high temperature for full flavoured crust.
Meal and Grain Sourdough
Another of our own creations. Wholemeal flour sourdough with 20% grains and seeds (our own in-house mixed grain and seed combo). Fully covered with sesame seeds the crust is out of this world flavour. Low G.I , no added gluten, flavour plus, the kids will love it too (so will the avocado!)
Dark German Rye
70% rye 30% wholemeal, dark and dense, low gluten and very authentic german style bread. ** only available weekends
